Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you book a call, request an audit, or use the savings calculator, we collect what you give us. Your name, work email, company name, and anything you write in a message field. That's it. We don't buy data about you and we don't scrape it.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your request, prepare for your call, and send you the report you asked for. If you opt into updates, we'll email you occasionally. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
Who touches it
Form submissions are stored in our own database. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Text messages are sent through Twilio. Bookings run through Cal.com. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. None of these vendors are permitted to sell your information, and neither are we. We never sell, rent, or trade your data. Period.
Text messages
When you book an appointment with a business that uses our front-desk service, you can ask for your confirmation and reminder by text. We collect the mobile number you give on that call only to send those messages about your appointment. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your consent to receive texts is never sold or transferred. Cookies
We use analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages people read. No ad-network pixels, no cross-site tracking profiles.
Your choices
Want your information corrected or deleted? Email joe@vaught.ai and we'll handle it within seven business days. You'll get a confirmation when it's done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page for 30 days.
