SMS Terms
The program
Vaught AI Appointment Messaging sends appointment confirmations and reminders on behalf of businesses that use our front-desk service. When you call one of these businesses to book an appointment, you can ask to receive your confirmation and a reminder by text.
How you opt in
You give consent verbally during the call. When you book, the receptionist asks how you would like your confirmation, and you provide your mobile number and agree to receive a text confirmation and reminder for that appointment. We only message the number you give, only about that appointment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by appointment. A typical booking receives one confirmation text and one reminder text before the appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Vaught AI does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for text and data still apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us any time at joe@vaught.ai.
Your privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
